Roslyn Catracchia
SACRED ARTS COORDINATOR
Roz is a two-time Nā Hōkū-nominated singer-songwriter. a Po’okela Award-winning musical director-composer, and the daughter of the late, great Beebe Freitas — prolific, prima vista pianist, Hawai’i Opera Theatre rehearsal accompanist, and nurturer of young, upcoming musical minds. Roz’s career took off at the Honolulu Theatre for Youth. She has written the songs and scores for over 40 productions (and counting) in Hawaii, and musically directed over 100 productions, including “Godspell,” “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” and “Noah — The Musical” at First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu. Roz now brings her considerable talent to bear on CCH’s worship experiences, where she enthusiastically welcomes participation of all and works to craft amazingly beautiful worship services.
Mahalo & A Hui Hou: Honoring Our Retirees
2025 was a year of significant transition as we said aloha, mahalo, and a hui hou to beloved and long-time staff members Glenn Bolosan (Campus Caretaker) and Ardis Gomes (Church Administrator). Their imprint on this faith community will never be absent even as they enjoy well-deserved retirement!
